"Rooted in Love, Built on Resilience"

“Right Hand Ministries Inc. is a beacon of hope born from the heart of Agape—unconditional love that lifts everyone, no exceptions. Founded by two survivors—mother Nerinda Franklin and son Griff Roach—we bring decades of professional expertise and personal triumph to empower others. Together, we offer practical skills, healing support, and a hand up to anyone in need, right here in Oklahoma.
Our story is one of strength through struggle. With over 20 years in general contracting and 50 years in nursing, we’ve turned our experiences—both professional and personal—into a mission to build, heal, and restore. Having walked paths of recovery from sexual abuse, physical trauma, and addictions, this mother and son found healing by forging their own way, breaking free to create a new legacy of hope. Now, we’re sharing that resilience with you—through education, community care, and a vision for financial freedom.”

Nerinda Franklin, Director

With over 50 years as an OBGYN nurse, Nerinda Franklin has devoted her life to women’s health and empowerment. A retired healthcare veteran, she’s spent decades supporting women—not just with medical expertise, but through personal outreach and church-based programs, often funding these efforts herself. A survivor of sexual abuse, Nerinda’s compassion runs deep, driving her to uplift others with both care and resources. Now, she’s seeded $10,000 of her own savings into Right Hand Ministries Inc., joining forces with Griffith and Jeri Roach to extend Agape—unconditional love—through education and support. Her legacy continues as she helps build a ministry that heals and empowers, one woman, one community, at a time.

Griff Roach, Director

I’m Griff Roach, born April 3, 1985, into a home where my father’s violent anger cast a heavy shadow until I was 10. The pain deepened with sexual abuse from a cousin and neighbors, driving me to alcohol and drugs—a path that led to over a decade in prison. Yet, in that darkness, I found my calling, earning a Master’s in Christian Counseling and becoming a licensed and ordained minister while incarcerated. After regaining my freedom, I cared for my father as cancer took him—a sacred time of forgiveness that healed our bond. Seeing the transformative power of proper mentorship in his life inspired me to co-found Right Hand Ministries Inc. with my mother, Nerinda Franklin. As a director and pastor, I share ‘redneck how-to’ know-how and Agape, guiding our mission to empower Oklahoma’s underserved with hope and practical support.
